WHY DO WER REQUIRE A SALT BATH

Salt water bath helps in having a nice day workout and good deep sleep.

In olden days it was made a tradition by noble people(the practice in India called as "DUPKI PUNNAM" , the bathing in the sea/ocean on the full moon day ) to have the sea bath every now and then or at least once in a year. This is because our Aura a constant attacks from the negative energies can be washed away in the sea water. The water can wash any energies and the salt has a property of disintegrating the negative energies. Hence the recommendation from the noble ones. But how to get the sea water in metro or how to get the beach in the metros. Its easy as the sea water is converted to salt, the salt can also be converted to sea water. Simply add one kilo (say one-and-half pound) of salt to a bucket of 10 liters of water. Add 5 ml of Tea tree oil or Lavender oil (available at the aroma shop) The sea water is ready for the bath. (let the salt get dissolved). Just have two mugs of salt water one after other on the body and just rinse as we rinse the soap, for about 30-60 seconds and then clean the salt water on the body with fresh water. Now you can have your regular bath.Observe the difference of the day after the bath in the morning and the sleep after night bath.
